Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP)
Rate of pay for new hires: Varies with experience.
Current Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
A position with a CARF accredited Day Training Program at Pathway Services Unlimited, Inc.
A successful candidate for this position must have the ability to act as coordinator of services for individuals with disabilities in a classroom setting.
Duties include assuring the needs and desires of the individuals receiving services are met, supervision of staff, and reglatory compliance with licensing bodies.
Bachelor's Degree in human service field or related field. Previous supervisory experience and one or more years experience programming for individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Residential Aide
Rate of pay for new hires: $7.92/hour with no experience.
$8.22/hour with completeion of Direct Support Person (DSP)Training.
A $.30 per hour overnight shift pay differential is available.
Current Hours: Evenings, weekends and overnights
Applicant must possess strong interest in the understanding
of behavior management and social skills development; must be
at least 21 with valid driver's license, an insurable driving
record and dependable transportation required. Must be a high
school graduate (or equivalent) with one or more years experience
programming for people with developmental disabilities. Must be
able to be qualified for medication administration. Ability to
lift and assist with transfers averaging 75-100 pounds as a
two- person lift. Must be willing to help individuals access
their community. DSP certification or ability to acquire DSP
certification required.

Respite Care Worker
Rate of pay for new hires: Varies
Current Hours: Varies with the needs of the family
Must be a high school graduate or have GED. Valid driver's
license and insurable driving record required. Must be able to to lift
and assist with transfers. Respite Care Workers provide care and support
of individuals who are developmentally disabled and who are a part of
the Respite Program. The Respite Program is a supportive service
designed to give temporary care to the individual, to the family,
and/or to the caregiver(s). Some of the care is provided in the family
home while other services may allow the individual access to the
community. Pathway Services Respite Program area covers Morgan, Scott,
Greene, Jersey, Calhoun, and Cass counties.

Substitute Teachers
Rate of pay for new hires: Varies
Current Hours: Varies with the needs of the program
Must hold an Illinois Teaching certificate or Illinois substitute teaching certificate.
