Staff And Training
Pathway Services staff are required to have 40 hours of classroom training and 80 hours of on-the-job training working with other long-term and knowledgeable staff during their initial employment. Staff also are required to have ongoing training throughout the year and current CPR and First Aid certifications.
Program Managers must meet certification requirements as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional and receive 12 hours of continuing education credits per year.
The highly trained staff assist with daily living skills such as grooming, cooking, laundry, and community outings.
Nursing services are available twenty-four hours a day.
